Quality Assurance

Resource Engineering Projects (REP) operates to an ISO9001:2000 and TickIT compliant quality management system registered (94-LON-AQ-366) by Det Norsk Veritas. The scope of registration is: -

"The provision of engineering services specialising in real-time embedded, safety and mission critical systems, including full software lifecycle development; independent verification and validation; test environment design and associated consultancy."

REP is a premier supplier of safety critical software that accurately meets customer requirements.

Quality Management

REP adopts a process approach throughout its Quality Management System. Processes are correctly resourced and operated in accordance with documented procedures, to convert defined inputs in to defined outputs of the correct quality. Project and Process metrics are strictly applied, monitored and analysed to ensure continual improvement.

REP process based Quality Management System aims to emphasise the importance of:

• Understanding and meeting requirements.
• The need to consider processes in terms of added value.
• Obtaining results of process improvement and effectiveness.
• Continual improvement of process based objective measurement.

REP's Quality Management System has been accredited to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT.
